Spirit in Business has to do with enabling people to achieve more by improving their relationships with others by applying spiritual principles, actively, on a day-to-day basis.

A core belief is the acceptance of a higher power in the Universe (spirit) that is the source of truth, of perfect and complete communication and of unconditional love.

Spirit in business is not linked to any religious doctrine or dogma, are universal truths equally applicable by practitioners of any faith or none at all.

Spirit in business accepts that everything we need is available to us. It understands that all human interaction is either borne of love, or is a response to fear. It accepts that we perceive our world with imperfect eyes, though we must always seek the truth. Because truth is often not known, we must avoid judging others but seek to discern the path that we alone are responsible to take. Being on a spiritual path, we need not perceive attack, but must respond compassionately to the cries of help. We cannot achieve our goals alone, so we must take our brothers and sisters with us. As we learn along the path, we must mindfully practice and these principles on a day-to-day basis until they become as automatic to us as breathing. Finally, when faced with apparent adverse circumstances, we must seek to see things differently, as everything is as it is intended: there is simply a lesson to be learned; by us, or someone else.
