bulletCo-developed more than 14 management-training workshops and seminars for use by BASF Corporation and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. Inc. to train automotive collision center managers.
bulletDeveloped a new apprentice-training program for the automotive collision repair industry.
bulletWas instrumental in organizational and human resource development and financial planning for divisions of major corporations and well as consulting on these issues for small businesses.
bulletProvided leadership, financial, and organizational skills to grow a regional distributor of automotive paint, tripling sales within five years and enabling the hands-on owner to successfully turn the helm over to a hired manager.
bulletHelped to organize and found the United States Advanced Ceramics Association, a trade consortium of over 20 major corporations such as Alcoa, Standard Oil of Ohio, Corning, Ford Motor Company, Coors Porcelain Company.
