more than 14 management-training workshops and seminars for use by
BASF Corporation and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. Inc. to train
automotive collision center managers. |
 | Developed
a new apprentice-training program for the automotive collision repair
industry. |
 | Was
instrumental in organizational and human resource development and
financial planning for divisions of major corporations and well as
consulting on these issues for small businesses. |

leadership, financial, and organizational skills to grow a regional
distributor of automotive paint, tripling sales within five years and
enabling the hands-on owner to successfully turn the helm over to a
hired manager. |

to organize and found the United States Advanced Ceramics Association,
