This is my one-stop shop to share my work and my life with you.  I believe that is essential to keep one’s work and life in congruence. This is not to say that the two are totally merged, as it’s extremely important to close the office door and go “home”. However, our work must serve our soul and be and be strengthened by our values and passions.

There are a number of aspects of my life that are of nearly equal importance and value to me

Sailing – I chose to live in America’s Sailing Capital because of my passion for the sound of water lapping against the hull, the peacefulness of nature, and the glorious sensation of being moved by an unseen force.

Values-Centered Leadership Consulting and Training – I earn my living by sharing ideas, insights and experiences with those desiring to learn and, in turn, I learn my own lessons by working with them. Together, we work to enable, inspire, and assist those we work with to achieve their potential in work and in life.

Spirit in Business – This is the basis of the consulting and training I perform. It is the process of mindfully connecting our work and our life with spiritual principles. Applying spiritual principles and practices to business is a growing world-side phenomenon that will enable progressive companies through their executives, managers, and employees to fully utilize their creativity, abilities, and energies. Bridging the Gap - A template for political action to bring our nation together by approaching complex and controversial issues with a loving, non fear-based approach. Instead of focusing on our differences, let’s begin where we can find agreement and understanding and build from there.
